Features

Everything a ticket bot should do

Channels are created with the right permissions, so only the user and your staff can see them. The rest is handled with buttons.

Panels with buttons or a dropdown

Create categories like Support, Sales and Complaints with their own emoji, colour, Discord category and staff role. Send the panel from the dashboard with one click.

Claim and handover

Staff claim a ticket with one click, so everyone can see who has it. Ownership can be transferred with /ticket transfer.

HTML transcripts

The whole conversation is saved as a readable HTML file in your transcript channel and sent to the user when the ticket is closed.

Ratings

The user can give 1 to 5 stars in a DM after closing. The average is shown on the dashboard and with /stats.

Priority and statistics

Mark tickets as low, normal, high or urgent. The channel name gets a coloured dot, so urgent cases stand out immediately.

Logs, limits and blacklist

Every opening, claim, closing and rating is logged. Set a maximum number of open tickets, and block users who abuse the system.

FAQ

Questions and answers

Which permissions does the bot need?

View Channels, Manage Channels, Manage Permissions, Send and Manage Messages, Attach Files, Embed Links and Read Message History. The invite link asks for them automatically. The bot needs a role above the roles it gives access to.

How do I buy Premium?

Log in to the dashboard, choose your server, and go to the Subscription tab. You pay by card, and Premium is active right away. The subscription covers one server, renews every month and can be cancelled at any time in the same place.

What happens when the trial ends?

The server continues on Free. Nothing is deleted, and your tickets work as before. The Premium features, such as automation and custom questions, are paused until you upgrade.

Who can see a ticket?

Only the user who opened it, the staff roles you have chosen, and people you add with /ticket add. Everyone else is excluded through the channel permissions.

What happens when a ticket is closed?

The user loses access, the channel is renamed to closed and moved to the archive category if you have chosen one. The user receives the transcript and a rating request in a DM. Staff can reopen or delete the ticket afterwards.

Can I have different teams for different categories?

Yes. Each ticket category can have its own Discord category and staff role, for example sales for purchases and moderators for complaints.

How many tickets can a user have open?

You decide that on the dashboard under Settings. The default is one at a time.

Can the bot write in Danish?

Yes. Each server chooses whether the bot writes English or Danish in Discord. The website and dashboard are also available in both languages.
