Switch ticket bot without losing anything

Do you use Ticket Tool or another ticket bot today? You can run both side by side while you move, so your members are never left without support. It takes about ten minutes.

1. See it firstOpen the demo and click around the dashboard. It needs no account, and nothing is saved.
2. Add Ticket System next to your current botThe two bots do not disturb each other. Your old bot and its open tickets carry on as usual.
3. Set it up with a templateWrite /dashboard on the server and pick a template under Categories, e.g. FiveM, community or shop. Adjust names and questions so they match what you have today.
4. Send the new panel in a test channelOpen a ticket yourself and try claim, quick replies and closing together with your staff. No members see anything yet.
5. Swap the panelWhen you are happy, send the new panel in your real support channel and delete the old panel. Tickets that are already open with the old bot are closed there.
6. Remove the old botWhen the last old ticket is closed, you can remove the old bot from the server. Save any transcripts first.

Old tickets and transcripts from another bot cannot be moved over. They stay in the channels where your old bot saved them. Everything new is collected in Ticket System from the day you swap the panel.
